After the order is placed, the customer can still act

A Shopify app that lets your customers change a delivery address, edit or cancel an order, ask for a return and follow it — from their own account, inside rules you set. What your rules don't allow waits for you, and nothing changes an order without a record of who changed it.

• Your rules decide. Each kind of change is on or off, with its own time window, and can be automatic or sent to you for review.
• Nothing silent. Every change is recorded with who asked, what was decided and what Shopify actually did. A request that can't be completed says so instead of guessing.
• Money is Shopify's. Refunds, invoices and store credit stay in Shopify's own flows. The app never holds a card.
